Notes On Celebrating Well (in Cabo)
I think I peaked? My bachelorette was the time of my life
WOWOWOW okay where do I even begin? I actually had the time of my DAMN life on my bachelorette. Think: 85 degree days in Cabo, a carrot juice to start the morning followed by laying by the ocean, hors d’oeuvres made by the moms (yes, I had my mom and my fiancé’s mom join and they brought the party), into an evening of carrot margaritas (realizing maybe I love carrot juice???), great stories, and delicious dinners. Ooohh and we did have one wild night out at Bagatelle with the bachelor party (yes, Joe also had his bachelor party the same weekend in Cabo but at a different location), and it was downright the most fun I have had in a long time. Dom Pérignon bottles being sprayed, shots taken, and a not-so-good hangover the next day (WORTH IT!). Truly the perfect weekend with friends, family, and mostly relaxation. I went into the weekend wanting everyone to feel like they were on vacation—not just a weekend of drinking and too many activities. It was the perfect itinerary if I do say so myself. It was relaxing but I felt like I did bachelorette to the fullest.

OKAY let’s break down this itinerary & packing list:
Since we timed the weekend over a 3-day weekend, we had everyone show up on Friday and leave on Monday. I arrived on Wednesday to get set up and make all the goody bags (my love language is gift giving, so this was SO fun for me). Let’s start there. The bags consisted of L.L. Bean zip totes in size medium. I partnered with Abbode to custom embroider the totes with each girl’s name and an orange bikini logo to work as their beach bag. They also so kindly embroidered everyone’s initials on their Gap PJ shorts I purchased, as well as Crown Affair towels (my favorite). This bag consisted of all my favorite items.
L.L. Bean Tote, Gap PJ Shorts, Crown Affair Towel, Daily Sleeper PJs, Sézane Button Down, Lack of Color Hats, Summer Fridays Eye Mask, Vacation Sunscreen, Frankies Bikinis bikini + sarong, Barefoot Dreams Robe, EmiJay Clips and a couple of local goodies too like body lotion, body scrub, and shot glasses and tequila (of course). We also added in disposable cameras, which came in handy, and a carrot keychain from Urban Outfitters I put on the outside (we stayed on a farm so it seemed fitting). My future sister-in-law also created the cutest itineraries on Etsy/Canva.
Okay NOW the itinerary:
